Product Introduction
This item of product is based on gelatin with corn starch as the main raw material, it is industrial fast-drying high-speed hot melt adhesives are mainly used in the mechanized production of paper boxes and hardbook case in paper packaging industry. When we making a good quality rigid boxes have to ready the cover paper and cardboard first,and use our jelly glue put into the glue tank of Automatic Gluing Machine or Automatic Rigid box making machine to heating it ,then can gluing the cover paper first and position the box on the cover paper, wrapping and folding into inside of boxes ,after pressing the air bubbles out well and have a beautiful Rigid box, etc.
Usage and Precaution
1. Before using this product for the first time, clean the pre-dissolving pot and the rubber groove. Put the Jelly Glue into the pre-dissolving pot of the mechanical equipment and dilute it with water. Make it dissolve at the temperature of 70-80℃. After all the glue blocks dissolve into liquid, put them into the glue box and stir evenly to use on the machine.
2, Using temperature: winter room temperature is below 10 ℃, the temperature should be set at 80 ℃ to 95 ℃, the summer temperature above 20 ℃, the temperature is generally need to set up in 70 ℃ to 75 ℃ (different device temperature difference, and special particularly high low or room temperature environment, the temperature of the hot melt equipment set up and adhesive solution of the actual temperature difference is also likely to change, based on specific operating practice).
3. The Jelly Glue can be used repeatedly. After stopping the machine, the gel will condense into a solid when the temperature drops. However, after repeated heating and cooling of colloids, colloidal viscosity will be affected, it is recommended to put an appropriate amount of colloidal blocks according to the actual processing amount. Stop after work, please clean the cots, suction hose and glue water pump immediately, so as to avoid damage to the cots and jam the suction hose and glue water pump after the glue liquid solidifies.
